Nusfjord - Lofoten Islands, Norway

A gorgeous hidden gem on the Lofoten Islands. Frozen in time, it remains one of the best preserved fishing villages in Norway. The rugged coastline is dotted with red rorbu cabins and mustard sheds, remnants of its codfish industry, against the majestic snow-capped fjords. The village lies on the southern shore of the island of Flakstadøya, along the Vestfjorden in the Lofoten Islands archipelago. These photos were captured on the first day after the end of Polar Night.
